MENTORING
A personalised change process
For individuals: the mentoring process provides one-on-one support and guidance through the Intelligent Life curriculum, allowing for personalised exploration of the topics.
For leaders: in addition to personal mentoring, we explore leadership skills, and how to serve as an example.
For teams: we run group mentoring sessions, to cover team dynamics, impact & contribution.
Weekly mentoring sessions over a 3 - 6 month period
