Jeddah Mali
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Jeddah Mali is an internationally recognised visionary and change agent, and the creator of the Intelligent Life model and mapping system. Her body of work provides a completely new approach to understanding human behaviour, and how individuals positively impact the collective and the wider environment. Jeddah has been mentoring and consulting for CEOs, as well as advising and guiding global thought leaders and change makers for the last 35 years. Her clients are drawn from over 60 countries around the world.
Dayana Mills
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & DIRECTOR
Dayana Mills is an Industrial Engineer and Life Design mentor with an MBA. She brings over 18 years of experience leading strategic global initiatives for Silicon Valley corporations. She is an expert in change management, and mentors individuals building fulfilling lives. Her professional expertise, coupled with a deep desire to help move humanity toward a more peaceful and sustainable existence, makes her a passionate and enthusiastic member of the Intelligence Life team, where her work is characterised by innovative approaches and a dedication to creating positive, transformative change.
Doug Ellis
MARKETING & PARTNERSHIPS
Doug Ellis previously served as the first Marketing Director for Esalen Institute, a beloved nonprofit known as the “grandmother of all retreat centers.” His Marketing and PR pedigree spans the educational, nonprofit and technology sectors, and continues to evolve through his digital marketing company, Dharma Communications. Doug has a gift for conveying the ineffable in words and pictures and has been a full-time professional photographer in Santa Barbara since 2014. His images have appeared in National Geographic, Spirituality & Health, Travel + Leisure, and the Today Show, among others.
Andrea Csillag
OPERATIONS
Andrea Csillag heads up our main office and oversees every aspect of our international operation. She has a lifetime experience in business, working across roles and sectors. Her fluency in finance, accounting and marketing, as well as her eagle-eye for detail, are indispensable to the smooth running of Intelligent Life. In addition to her many skills, she is the well-known and well-loved touchpoint for our clients (and rightly receives fan mail of her own!).
Tamarin Freeman-Elliot
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Tamarin Freeman-Elliott is a creative and visionary social media strategist who heads up our social media team. She has a background in personal development, and is passionate about helping individuals and organisations communicate their work and share stories that truly matter. She believes we are all made for a purpose, and that the right mindset (and story) can transform lives, communities, and the way we show up in the world.
Kyia Downing
PARTNER & DIRECTOR
Kyia Downing has spent more than three decades catalysing innovation and evolving business culture towards social impact. She is an accomplished creative strategist, highly skilled in identifying emerging ideas and landscapes & synthesising solutions. She has consulted for some of the world’s biggest corporations, serving as an advisor to corporate intrapreneurs focused on new markets, positive disruption and enlightened growth. Kyia holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Liberal Studies and a Certificate in Raising Awareness for Global Transformation.
