Session 11 | Mistrust

Mistrust is a pervasive belief in the unreliability of self/others/world. The underlying pattern is one of insecurity because of which we feel vulnerable. We seek proof that it is safe to rely on ourselves/let others in. Conversely, when we trust we don’t need external evidence.
